The Camburg 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Front SLAPPER Bump Stop Kit w/ UCA Gussets & Camburg KINETIK 2.5 Bumps elevates the level of performance for your Toyota Tacoma. The Camburg Bump Stop Kit is a simple install, whether combined with the stock-length Lower Control Arms (LCAs) or the Camburg Engineering Toyota Tacoma Long Travel Kit. The Toyota Tacoma Bump Stop Kit comes with weld-on mounts to support the Tacoma’s Front Upper Control Arm Mounts.

WHY THE TOYOTA TACOMA SLAPPER ARM SETUP?

• The SLAPPER Arm enables the air bump to strike further outboard on the lower arm, creating effective and efficient geometry.
• The motion ratio geometry remains consistent through the bottoming out travel, ensuring constant contact with the lower arm, and the bump stop isn’t swiping the lower arm.
• The bump stop only comes into play toward the bottoming action.
• The bump stop allows free movement in your Toyota’s “Ride Zone,” so your Tacoma’s suspension is more active in the range of motion.

With the Camburg SLAPPER Arm Design, Camburg Engineering is also able to incorporate a custom rubber pad to reduce noise on contact. The Camburg KINETIK Series 2.5 x 2 SLAPPER Bump Stops work similar to an air shock than a typical bump stop simply blows through the range of the suspension’s travel.

In classic Camburg Engineering style, the Camburg SLAPPER Arms serve as a masterpiece of metal. It is masterfully CNC machined from billet 6061 aluminum, Type III hard anodized black, with pivot-on-bearing bronze bushings. In class Camburg Engineering fashion, aircraft AN bolts are supplied for the upper and lower mounts, providing the proper grip/shoulder length for maximum strength. The Toyota Tacoma Bump Stop Kit mounts come raw and unpainted, as they must be welded. Camburg recommends spraying them with black Steel-IT after welding.
